Frequently Asked Questions

What Is an eSIM?
An eSIM, or embedded SIM, is a virtual SIM card built directly into your smartphone. Unlike traditional SIM cards that require physical insertion, an eSIM is downloaded and activated digitally—allowing you to connect to mobile networks without swapping SIM cards.
When should I install/ activate my eSIM?
For a seamless setup experience, we recommend installing your eSIM shortly before departure, as a stable internet connection is required during installation.

Please note: Your data package will only activate once the eSIM is used in the designated country or region where it is supported.
